Heavy, glazed stoneware. This is the largest Saint-Uze jar we have ever found. The beautiful blue pattern goes all the way around the top and bottom of the jar. Measures 7.5 inches tall and 6.75 inches in diameter. In excellent antique condition. There is some light wear to the inside/bottom of the jar and the rim. There is also some light crazing to the glaze on the side of the jar. Will hold water. Stamped Terre D’Acier Saint-Uze” on the bottom. Found in Provence.
